Rev. Nick Gatoura is the Assistant Director of New Hope Academy Teen Challenge. Nick has been working with Teen Challenge since 1992. He is a graduate of Southeastern College of the Assemblies of God, and holds a Masters of Arts in Religon from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently a candidate for a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Included in his responsibilities as Assitant Director is the leadership of the wilderness component of our program. Nick resides on campus with his wife Shawnie, and their five children, Nyishia, Ciana, Trey, Justin and Charis.
Vince Fields is the Case Manager at New Hope Academy. Vince comes to New Hope Academy Teen Challenge from the construction trade. He has been with New Hope Teen Challenge since we began in 2002. Vince is completing a course in counseling. Vince serves as an advisor to our students, and oversees the maintenance of our building and grounds. Vince resides locally with his wife Joanne.
Ben Henshaw is New Hope Academy Teen Challenge's Learning Center Supervisor. Ben graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 1996. He has 13 years experiencw working with youth. He also serves as an advisor to our students. Ben is married to his wife Jill they have one daughter, Haven.
Kevin Thomas is the Direct Care Coordinator for New Hope Academy Teen Challenge he oversees the direct care staff and student activities. Kevin has 10 years experience as an addictions counselor in New York State. He works with New Hope Academy Teen Challenge's wilderness program. Kevin lives locally with his wife Jeanette and their daughter Hannah.
